A Christmas Carol

Each Christmas Artsite supports an organisation that improves people’s lives and mirrors our charitable aims. This year we are supporting The Salvation Army particularly in their work with homeless people and those experiencing problems with substance abuse. We want to focus our Christmas  at Artsite on events that celebrate the real meaning of Christmas and raise money for the work of the Salvation Army with vulnerable people..

We are going to put on a Christmas exhibition that runs from Wednesday the 5th.Dec.to Saturday the 15th. Dec. 2012.  The title of the exhibition will be:

‘A Christmas Carol. (The Real Meaning of Christmas)’.

To Celebrate this time of love and hope, Artsite invite you to submit an artwork expressing the real meaning of Christmas.

There is a £5 hanging fee per work; all woek must be less than 1 metre square. All media artworks will be considered, this includes painting, sculpture, video and literary works,

There will be a 20% commission on all sales; all money raised will go to the Salvation Army. We are working with Booth House and Gloucester House with their contributions to our exhibition and celebrations.
